Hotel TwentySeven, an exclusive five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join its dedicated team.

Your Responsibilities
Supervise, motivate, and support the daily housekeeping team.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest luxury hospitality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene.
Train and guide housekeeping employees to improve performance.
Coordinate daily operations with the Housekeeping Manager.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, uniforms, and inventory.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We're Looking For
A background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Previous supervisory experience in a five-star hotel is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
