Position Overview: As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include mixing raw materials, ensuring the correct coloring of products, maintaining equipment, conducting quality assessments, managing raw materials, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of our production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing raw materials based on specified recipes
- Creating and reproducing accurate product coloring
- Maintaining peripheral equipment
- Determining MFI (Melt Flow Index) values of incoming batches
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the raw material department and premises
- Keeping detailed administrative records of raw material values
- Grinding reject products
- Raw material management
