When you start as a Production Worker you will perform the following:

• Producing bags and/or pouches according to qualitative and quantitative standards and safety regulations;
• Checking product quality and reporting deviations to the supervisor;
• Realizing the production and supplying the machines;
• Packing the products;
• Keeping the working environment clean/orderly by complying with legal and company regulations, including safety, quality, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;
• Ensuring continuous process flow;
• Promoting output;
• Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement to team leader;
• And performing tasks according to the 5S principle.

Required of you:

• You have an affinity with engineering, specialized knowledge is not required;
• You have at least 3 months of (internal) experience;
• You are result-oriented, involved, accurate and flexible;
• And a forklift certificate is an advantage.

As a Production Worker, you will get:

• A gross hourly wage of €11.76;
• A shift bonus of 20%;
• Working in 3 shifts;
• And full-time employment.
