As a Flower Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting various types of flowers while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Harvesting flowers according to quality standards and production targets
• Sorting and packaging harvested flowers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in agriculture or flower picking is a plus, but not required
