Position Title: Warehouse Worker (Normal; +5/+10; -18/-28 degrees C)
Department: Logistics

Job Functions:

1. Expedition Worker (+5/+10 degrees C):

   • Prepare picked products for shipment and transport.
   • Physically demanding work requiring strength and perseverance.

2. Packaging Worker (Normal & +5/+10 degrees C):

   • Perform various packaging activities (sorting empty crates and containers, lugging, buffering containers, etc.).
   • Physically demanding work requiring strength and perseverance.

3. Order Picker (Normal & +5/+10 degrees C):

• Pick, stake, and sticker food products at normal temperature and drop them at +5/+10 degrees Celsius for expedition.
• Order picking with a hand scanner and driving the EPT with 5 containers.

Work Conditions:

• Location: Veghel
• Shifts:
  • Order Picker & Reach Truck Driver: Mon-Fri (08:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00, 16:00-00:00)
  • Expedition/Packaging Worker: Mon-Fri (09:00-17:00), Evening shift (16:45-00:30), Weekend shift (15:45-00:30)

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate (gross):

  • Order Picker & EPT Driver: €13.81/hour
  • Expedition/Packaging Worker: €13.81/hour
  • Reach Truck Driver: €14.37/hour

• Overtime and Temperature Allowances:

  • 19:00-22:00: +25%
  • 22:00-5:00: +50%
  • Saturday: 00:00-12:00 +50%, 12:00-00:00 +100%
  • Sunday: 00:00-04:00 +100%
  • Fresh allowance (+5/+10 degrees C): €0.49/hour
  • Freezer allowance (-18/-28 degrees C): €1.19/hour (15 minutes break per hour in the freezer)

Requirements:

• Education: High school or higher.
• Experience:
  • Order picker experience required.
  • EPT experience required.
  • Reach Truck experience (6+ months) required (if applicable).
• Language Skills: English level B1 or higher.
• Other: Motivated, serious workers who are physically fit and do not mind working in the cold. Experience in freezer environments is preferred (if applicable).
