Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Descriptions:

Order Picker (Normal; +4/+6; -20°C)

• Duties: Pick, stake, and sticker food products using an English voice-pick system. Drive EPT mainly in normal temperature and freezer room; in the fresh department, picking is done by walking with a trolley.
• Requirements: Physically demanding, requires physical strength and perseverance.

Sorter Operator/Order Picker (Room Temperature)

• Duties: Sort and pick incoming products while standing next to the conveyor belt.
• Requirements: Physically demanding, requires physical strength and perseverance.

Expedition Worker (Normal Temperature)

• Duties: Place items from pallet to trolley (boxes around 6kg).
• Requirements: Physically demanding, requires physical strength and perseverance.

Note: Each department has different temperature settings, and employees are recruited accordingly. Employees in the fresh department may be asked to work in the freezer.

Shifts:

• Order Picker:
  • Monday to Saturday: 06:00-15:00, 15:00-00:00
• Expedition Worker:
  • Monday to Friday: Between 06:00 and 17:00

Salary (Hourly Rate):

• First 8 Weeks:
  • €13.47 gross/hour (normal & +4/+6°C)
  • €13.47 gross/hour (-20°C)
• After 8 Weeks:
  • €13.81 gross/hour + Shift Bonus + Fresh/Freeze Allowance

Overtime & Temperature Allowances:

• Above 36 hours are counted as overtime.
• Overtime Rates:
  • Mon-Fri: 19:00-22:00 +25%
  • Sat: +100%
  • Sun: +100%
  • Mon-Fri: 04:00-06:00 +25%
  • Sat: +50%
  • Sun: +100%

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High school or higher
• Experience: Preferred experience in order picking and working in freezer conditions.
• Skills:
  • Able to count well
  • Computer literacy: Level 3 (Moderate importance)
• Language: English level B1
• Driving License: Required based on available drivers
• Other: Motivated, serious, physically fit, and comfortable working in cold environments.
