Junior Communication Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and eager-to-learn Junior Communication Manager to join our communications team. You will assist in content creation, digital channel management, and support the brand’s communication strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies

• Create and adapt content for various channels (website, social media, newsletters, press)

• Support the organization of events and communication campaigns

• Monitor results and prepare performance reports

• Ensure brand image and messaging consistency

Requirements:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

• Excellent writing skills and fluency in Portuguese

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with social media, email marketing tools, and image editing software (e.g., Canva)

• Team spirit, creativity, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience (including internships) in communication roles

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively
