Your Role
As a Warehouse Employee / Order Picker, you will be working at the very heart of logistics operations, ensuring goods are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Your main duties will include:

Managing pick ticket orders and preparing items for shipment

Picking warehouse products according to number, size, color, and quantity

Ensuring accuracy and quality of all orders

Staging and organizing items correctly for delivery

Operating handling equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)

Meeting daily warehouse goals and productivity targets

Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
You will work in a large, modern distribution center alongside 50 to 100 colleagues per shift, under the supervision of an experienced team leader.
Requirements

EU nationality (required to work in the Netherlands)

Good physical health and ability to handle warehouse tasks

English language skills (basic communication level)

Motivation, reliability, and a willingness to work in a team
