Farm Worker in the Netherlands

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team in the Netherlands. The role involves supporting our farm operations and helping to ensure the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks
- Communicating with team members to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in agriculture or farm work is preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Driving license is preferred

As a Farm Worker in the Netherlands, you will be working on a range of farms across various locations throughout the country. You will be responsible for ensuring that crops are healthy and free from disease, operating and maintaining a range of machinery and equipment, and assisting with general farm maintenance tasks.
In addition, you will need to communicate effectively with your supervisor and other team members, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You must also maintain a clean and safe working environment, and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
