For this opportunity, you’ll work for a leading European logistics company supplying convenience products to petrol stations, airports, train stations, fast-service restaurants, and retail outlets. 📦 Position: Order Picker
Salary: €16.38/hour (€15.12 + 8.33% holiday allowance)
Pay: Weekly
Location: Son, Netherlands
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts: Morning shifts starting at 08:00 or 10:00
👷 Your Responsibilities
Pick orders using an EPT and an English/Dutch voice-picking system
Collect, scan, and prepare products for shipment
Work in different temperature zones, including fresh and freezer departments
💰 Extra Allowances & Bonuses
Temperature allowances:
Fresh (+1°C to +4°C): +€0.51/hour
Freezer (-15°C to -23°C): +€1.24/hour
Freezer workers receive a 15-minute break every hour
Shift bonuses:
Monday–Friday:
04:00–06:00 → +25%
19:00–22:00 → +25%
22:00–04:00 → +50%
Saturday → +50%
Sunday → +100%
🏠 Accommodation
€130/week
Shared rooms for 2 people
Your accommodation address will be provided when you arrive at the office
🚲 Transportation
Transportation to work is free of charge:
Within 10 km → Bicycle
More than 10 km → Company car
Employees with a driving license may occasionally be asked to drive
Fuel, repairs, and insurance are covered by the company
🩺 Health Insurance
Dutch health insurance is required by law.

👟 Clothing & Safety Shoes
Steel-toe safety shoes are required
Bring your own or request a pair from the company
Free if you stay longer than 6 months
If you leave earlier, a €35 fee applies
