Job Descriptions:

Order Picker/Packer

• Duties: Picking and packing electronics, repacking, sticking, and sealing orders using a hand scanner.
• Requirements: Physically demanding, requires attention to detail.

Reach Truck Driver

• Duties: Driving the Reach Truck to move pallets to assigned destinations.
• Requirements: Reach Truck certificate and relevant experience are mandatory.

Forklift Driver

• Duties: Driving the Forklift to move pallets to assigned destinations.
• Requirements: Forklift certificate and relevant experience are mandatory.

Note: Flexibility to work in different roles as needed is expected.

Work Conditions:

Shifts:

• Two Shifts (Monday - Saturday):
  • 06:00 – 15:00 till the end of the work
  • 07:00 – 16:00 till the end of the work
  • 08:00 – 17:00 till the end of the work
  • 16:00 – 01:00 till the end of the work
• Possibility of 3 Shifts including a night shift starting Sunday night.

Salary (Hourly Rate):

• Above 18 Years Old:
  • Order Picker/Packer: €13.27 gross/hour
  • Reach Truck Driver: €13.76 gross/hour
  • Forklift Driver: €13.76 gross/hour

Overtime Rates:

• Over 40 Hours/Week:
  • Monday - Saturday: 100%
  • More than 40 hours: 130%
  • Sunday: 150%
  • State Holidays: 200%

Shift Rates:

• Monday - Saturday:
  • 06:00 – 18:00: 100%
  • 18:00 – 00:00: 120%
  • 00:00 – 06:00: 140%
• Sunday: 150%

Employee Benefits:

• Free Transportation: Bicycles provided if accommodation is within 10 km. Company cars available for those with a driving license.
• Work Clothing: Provided by the company. Safety shoes available for purchase.
• Accommodation: €125/week for shared rooms. The arrival address is our office for the first day.
• Health Insurance: Dutch health insurance mandatory. Provided for €35.58/week if needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High school or higher
• Certificates:
  • Reach Truck certificate necessary for Reach Truck Driver position.
• Experience:
  • Order picking experience is a plus.
  • Reach Truck experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Computer literacy: Level 2 (Basic importance)
• Language: English level B1 or higher. An English test will be conducted before starting the job.
• Driving License: Required based on available drivers
• Other: Flexible mentality and a willingness to work in various roles as needed.
